The Sport and Physical Education Centre cares for teaching of sport disciplines according to the study plans of all faculties. During the first school-year all the students pass through so called „Sport School“ teaching block. Beside the basic skills development, students repeats general sport games knowledge including proper condition and regeneration exercises.
In the 2nd and 3rd school-year, each of students has a chance of his favourite sport discipline selection.
The Sport and Physical Education Centre teachers develop significant effort to provide not only students but also university staff with good base for their free-time sport activities. The main task of the physical education system of the VFU Brno is to prepare students for everyday working life and support them with theoretical as well as practical knowledge of regeneration and fitness during difficult professional duties.
