Acknowledgement of Foreign Universities Education

Department of Education is responsible for administration concerning acknowledgement of foreign university education. University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences provides the Acknowledgement Certificate on the basis of Czech legislation, Law No. 111/1998, § 90 Col. to foreign applicants or to domestic applicants who obtained university education abroad and studied programmes compatible with those ones accredited by the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Applicant sends his personal written application with following enclosures:

• Applicant's photo
• Personal identification number
• Address
• Short explanation and reason of request
• University graduation diploma copy and authorised translation
• List of study disciplines incl. number of study lessons per discipline and list of theoretical and practical subjects
• Verification of signatures and stamps provided by the ministry of foreign affairs or other authorized institution of state where his/her university is located.

In case the applicant does not fulfil all necessary education requirements stated by rules of the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences, he/she will be called to pass through necessary examinations ordered by the pertinent faculty

None of applicants to obtain successfully the Acknowledgement Certificate is not allowed to use any academic title provided to the official University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences graduates.
