The second annual Summer School of Food Hygiene reached the finish by Ceremonial awarding of diplomas. Eighteen foreign students obtained final diplomas by Vice-President of University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Iva Steinhauserová and by Vice-Dean of Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology Vladimíra Pištěková.
University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno organized the second season of Summer School of Food Hygiene. Month-long summer course was held from 9.7. The course designed for foreign students of mainly veterinary faculties consisted of two blocks. The first focused on hygiene and technology of meat and meat products, the other focused on hygiene and technology of milk and milk products, eggs and honey.
