SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
Each current UVS student who is interested in accommodation in University dormitories for the academic year 2023-24 is obliged to apply for accommodation. Applications will be submitted electronically. The student opens the pages:
www.vfu.cz – rychlé odkazy – ISKaM kolejní systém
he/she logs in with his username and password (assigned to each student at the beginning of his/her studies) and gets into the ISKaM2006 system, where he/she submits an electronic application for accommodation.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
The deadline for submitting applications for accommodation in University dormitories is from March 6th to April 21st, 2023
EXCLUSION OF APPLICATIONS
Applications for accommodation submitted after the above deadline will not be included in the list of applicants for a dormitory place. In the event that a student enters false information in the application his/her application will be excluded from the list of applicants for a dormitory place.
TRAFFIC PROCESSING AND CONTROL
After the deadline for submitting applications and their control a list of current UVS students applying for accommodation at University dormitories for the academic year 2023-24 will be prepared. It will be made till May 2nd, 2023 latest.
Current UVS students, who will submit applications for accommodation, will not be sent a written notice of their placement in the queue.
If the student's application for accommodation for ac. year 2023-24 is not positively processed, may appeal against this decision not later than May 31st, 2023. They will receive an answer by July 15th, 2023 to their e-mail address - school.
