Information on applying for accommodation for current students in ac. year 2024-25

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

Each current UVS student who is interested in accommodation in University dormitories for the academic year 2024-25 is obliged to apply for accommodation. Applications will be submitted electronically. The student opens the pages:

www.vetuni.cz – rychlé odkazy – ISKaM kolejní systém
he/she logs in with his username and password (assigned to each student at the beginning of his/her studies) and gets into the ISKaM2006 system, where he/she submits an electronic application for accommodation.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

The deadline for submitting applications for accommodation in University dormitories is from March 4th to April 19st, 2024

EXCLUSION OF APPLICATIONS

Applications for accommodation submitted after the above deadline will not be included in the list of applicants for a dormitory place. In the event that a student enters false information in the application his/her application will be excluded from the list of applicants for a dormitory place.

TRAFFIC PROCESSING AND CONTROL

After the deadline for submitting applications and their control a list of current UVS students applying for accommodation at University dormitories for the academic year 2024-25 will be prepared. It will be made till April 29th, 2024 latest.

Current UVS students, who will submit applications for accommodation, will not be sent a written notice of their placement in the queue.

If the student's application for accommodation for ac. year 2024-25 is not positively processed, may appeal against this decision not later than May 10th, 2024. They will receive an answer by June 10th, 2024 to their e-mail address - school.
