Binding dates and methods of pre-accommodation for VETUNI students at the ac. year 2024-25 at the Kaunic's dormitory, Králova 45, Brno

VETUNI students who were at the ac. year 2024-25 beds allocated to the Kaunic dormitory, Králova 45, Brno by pre-accommodation means a binding reservation of a certain room for the following academic year in the VETUNI dormitories by a student who has been positively settled an application for a dormitory place in the first round of dormitory processing.

Pre-accommodation instructions

The deposit of CZK 10,000 for accommodation must be paid before the room is booked. Students who are currently accommodated at Kaunic dormitory, Králova 45, Brno and deposit have already paid at  ac. year 2023-24, they do not have to pay bail, it will be transferred to the next academic year. Students who do not live at Kaunic dormitory, Králova 45, Brno can pay the deposit either cashless on behalf of the school or in cash during office hours at the office of the Dormitory Administration, Králova 45, Brno. The deposit is not returned to students who have paid the deposit and subsequently cancel the application or do not take up accommodation at all.

If the student does not pay the deposit, which will be credited to his account in the accommodation program, it will not be possible for him to book a room.

Room reservations are made electronically. Student logs in with a password (as when submitting the application) and reserves a room for the following academic year. If students want to book a room for a couple, they must do so in person at the Dormitory Administration office. The system will only allow bookings of the same gender.

STUDENTS WANTING TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOMS:
6th - 7th May 2024

STUDENTS WHO WANT TO CHANGE THE ROOM AND STUDENTS NOT RESIDENT TO KAUNIC DORMITORY:
8th - 9th May 2024

Students who do not stay in an existing room by the given deadline cannot request a reservation.

Dates of boarding to the dormitory in 2024-25 will be published by 30th June 2024 including all necessary documents needed for accommodation.
